Vencor Mechanical Projects is committed to consistently provide quality services and products that meet and exceed customer and regulatory requirements through continuous improvement to effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Our objective is to attain an ISO 9001:2015 certification before the end of 2019.

Current Ownership

Vencor Mechanical Projects is a private company with only 2 shareholders at this moment but is in the process to form a Joint venture with a 100% black owned company as part of the company’s strategy to distribute wealth growth the company beyond its current size and capabilities. New shareholders are expected to be onboard during the year 2019/ 2020.

Skills Development

We actively encourage growth and development in all our staff and view skills development and capacity building as a critical component of our business. In addition to the job training and close mentorship, we find short training courses for any of our staff interested in further studies and personal development.

Areas for training and development include fitting, fitting and turning , Fabrication and any befitting engineering related advancement/training programme.
